What Is the KOOS JR Score?

The KOOS JR (Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score for Joint Replacement) is a validated, patient-reported measure used worldwide to evaluate knee function after total knee replacement. Patients answer seven questions about pain, stiffness, and daily activities, which are converted to a score from 0 to 100.
